Yoga At the Library
Please join us for Yoga at the Library with certified instructor Kristin Cole!
These free classes are designed for participants of all skill levels and will focus on mobility and movement, with some gentle poses that increase strength without feeling too strenuous. Kristin will emphasize moving in a healthy way that feels good for everyone, and will offer multiple options and modifications.
Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one), a water bottle, & wear comfortable clothes that will allow for easy movement.
You need not attend each session, but please register for each session if you plan to attend, as space is limited.
