FAX Service
Need to FAX a document? The staff in the Reference Department can help you with that. We will send outgoing faxes anywhere in the United States for $1/page. Just bring your documents to the desk and we’ll send them on their way. (And please try to make sure that all pages of the document are one sided).
Notary Public
The Nevins Library currently has three Notaries on staff and they will notarize your documents free of charge. It is recommended that you call first to confirm that one of them is on duty when you want to visit.
Please do not sign the document until you’re in front of the notary. One of our staff Notaries is bilingual in Spanish so please make sure to ask for Gladys if that is a requirement for you. Please Note: We cannot at this time complete I9 forms, as they are not a notarial act and we are not an Authorized Representative.
